• These offerings are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Booking & Payment

• Session and event bookings are confirmed through the provided scheduling link (Calendly).
• Fees for services (such as the Soul Illumination Deep Dive or The Divine Current Art Commissions) must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed during the planning process.
• Retreats and speaking engagements are priced on a custom basis, determined during the creative planning process.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
• Retreat and event deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable at Safira’s discretion.

4. Client Responsibility

• By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own results, choices, and actions during and after working with Safira.
• Safira provides intuitive guidance and creative insight, but outcomes and results cannot be guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

• All written material, art, recordings, and resources created during sessions or commissioned work remain the intellectual property of Safira Vinci unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Clients are granted personal use rights only and may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

6. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared in sessions or through bookings will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Safira Vinci is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of services, retreats, or art commissions.
